FPA Specialist Accreditation Programs The FPA provides professional education and accreditation for financial planners in specialist areas of advice. The FPA Specialist Accreditation Programs are designed for FPA practitioner members, both CFP professionals and Associate Financial Planners (AFP), who have demonstrated, through experience, education, examination and ethics, their eligibility to use a FPA granted post nominal designation, providing evidence of their competence in specific areas of advice. Specialist advice areas which have been currently identified for accreditation program development include life risk, estate planning and self managed superannuation funds.
